Ben Skeers asks a 15 y.o. girl to get him "shrooms" and then gives her drugs at Lifeworks? What steps have been taken to stop this from happening again?

An absolutely disgusting excuse for a therapists office. Jessica is an unprofessional and unorganized person. She moved from the Ankeny location to the WDM location without notifying her client, so when the client went to Ankeny there was no longer time to drive to WDM and make her appointment. She still paid for that service. Then Jessica sent her to the wrong address for the WDM location causing her to miss another appointment, leading the client to drop Jessica and not pay. Life Works has harassed her for both payments, even after they were given proof that she paid for the first missed appointment. Nobody in this building is intelligent enough to keep track of billing, inform clients of where they are supposed to go, or pick up a phone. They certainly aren't intelligent enough to be providing services to anybody. If you wanna throw money away to a greedy company, go here, if you want health care, go anywhere else.

My son had been seeing Mr Doty now for about 5 years now from here and he's built a great connection. Very understanding and helpful gives my son a great outlet to talk to someone with an unbiased opinion.
