I see why this place gets the terrible reviews. I just called there to set up a colonoscopy. The person I talked had such a bad attitude. I just told her dont worry about it and hung up the phone.

God awful office staff. Rude share your private information with other patients in the office laugh at patients. Request to be referred elsewhere.

I truly wish I could give this place 0 stars because its undeserving of one. I have been suffering with severe abdominal pain ever since I had a surgery for bowel resection done last month. My doctor sent me here for a more thorough check up and to figure out why I am unable to eat. Dr. Raif W. Elskar immediately came into the room and asked the routine questions concerning my health. I told him about my symptoms weight loss and inability to eat. I also told him that my family has a history of pancreatic and stomach cancer. He quick pressed on my stomach which was extremely painful and told me to sit back down. After he learned that I had anxiety he immediately responded by saying Oh your stomach pain is coming from your head because you are nervous. This diagnosis came without any lab findings or procedures to check my stomach. I sat in shock along with my husband. He continued to explain his reasoning and told me that the pain was coming from a nerve in my head because you are wired differently. He then begin to say I would tell my daughter the same thing. I didnt go to Gastro One for a miracle only for an unbiased checkup to determine the cause of my pain. I should not have been dismissed because I deal with anxiety. I feel absolutely terrible at this point. I am truly afraid and ashamed to seek further medical advice concerning my stomach weight loss or pain.

These people are amazing. Dr. Elsakr is an excellent physician and I have to say that I am very impressed with his medical practice and incredible staff. I would highly recommend Gastro One to anyone with gastrointestinal issues.

Girl at front desk very rude no help. Called for my grandsons Appointment several times he’s been here several times and all of a sudden they need a referral in hand. He has crones and needed to see dr.

If I can give this place 0 start then I would. I took a family member here and was told to get her into the ER ASAP for a procedure. The doctor never shows up. The office staff made it like she would die if we did not go to the ER. We were in the hospital for 2 days and the doctor never even saw her and said that he could not do the needed procedure. This place must have a contract with the surrounding hospitals to make as much money as possible. Go somewhere else...

I didnt have a wait time when dropping off specimen.

Great service and they really care about what your going through.
