Sam Faleye's Online Review Report Card

I waited 2 hours before I was seen. I was told they would call in my prescriptions and here we are 2 weeks later and nothing. I have called the office twice and no one answers (not during lunch hour). DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME HERE!!!!!!!! The nurse practitioner is great though. Not to sure what is going on but this isn't a good practice.

First visit, I waited 2 hours and 40 minutes. Then a month later, I still can't get the medicine the doctor prescribed. I've called 3 times, still nothing. One says they left a message that I NEVER RECEIVED, then implies I'm lying about never getting it. WHY WOULD I CAUSE MYSELF UNDUE STRESS over this? AND WHERE IS THE PRESCRIPTION IF YOU TOOK CARE OF IT? They treat new patients horribly and I'm getting sicker the longer I wait. This doctor thinks he is smarter than God and his patients are too stupid to be talking to him. Arrogance is a COMPLETE UNDERSTATEMENT! And I don't appreciate the way they respond to bad reviews like we were all drug addicts. I needed a prescription for acid reflux not pain killers. Horrible people!

He's great. I always think the wait is long but when they tend to you, you get their full attention. I love his humor and his staff is great too. Been going to him for about 8/9 years.

I've been a patient of Dr. Faleye for 20 years and he's a great doctor. I respect him =) !

I wish I had read the reviews before scheduling an appointment with Dr. Faleye. This man has the worst bed side manner that I have ever seen. He is extremely rude. He talks to you as if you are a 2-year-old. If you have questions about your diagnosis my suggestion to you would be not to ask. If you have questions about the medications he is prescribing, don't ask because if you do he will make sure to let you know just how unintelligent you are. I thought the whole point of seeing a physician is to seek advice about our health issues, but when it comes to Dr. Faleye you need to be proficient in all things medical before seeing him. Dr. Faleye thank you for the horrible experience you have shown me just what type of physician I don't want handling my healthcare needs. I guess in medical school you failed the course on empathy, kindness, and respect! Shame on you. YOUR PATIENTS ARE THE REASON YOU ARE ABLE TO PRACTICE MEDICINE. YOU OWE THEM DIGINITY AND RESPECT.

My husband was sent to the emergency room for an admit after a doctor's appointment, and he was assigned Dr Faleye as his admitting. I promise you it will not happen again. Floor nurses were not able to contact him regarding my husband's care, and when my husband finally saw him he referred to him as a ghost. Now we have to wait on him to be discharged after my husband has been released from the Dr who sent him to emergency room for admit. I wonder if he will appear.

When going to the emergency room Dr. Faleye was assigned as the admitting physician. Through all the years that I have ever dealt with medical personal for myself, my children, my parents and my in-laws, Dr. Faleye was the worst experience I have ever ad. He has no idea of your thoughts and concerns because he never lets you finish a sentence. He rudely interrupts, talks down to you and tells you what is going to do and there is no further discussion.

This place is a living nightmare! The only reason I am there is because nobody else takes my insurance. I'm going to die waiting for medicine that could help me. Called them three times in 3 weeks and never received a call back. One of them said they left a message, then suggested I wasn't being truthful when I said I've never received it. And then she wondered why I was yelling. My first visit, I waited 2 hours and 40 minutes. That should have been my warning of things to come.

Very difficult to get refills over the phone, Nursing staff often either does not get a message or will not return the call. Wait times are excessive. I have waited 2 hours on two separate visits.

I have been using this doctors for three years, with an appointment they usually take around 2-3 hours for a simple blood work exam(5-10 minutes) their waiting room is not wheelchair friendly because if the overbooking they need 50 chairs in their lobby. Then in a weekend when you call their office for help Dr olugbenga faleye is very ride and inconsiderate , it's usually a 4-5 hour wait just to hear that basically nothing will happen until you come to his office and go thru this ridiculous
