Was skeptical for years about getting an ablation done for a condition called SVT. My Cardiologist refered me to this place and I cannot speak enough kind words about Dr Eiffling. He cured me and gave me my life back. Definately would recommend him and HeartPlace
When I started having weird sensations in my chest no one really took me seriously because I’m not even 40 and I don’t have other health issues. Finally after a couple of ER visits, Dr. Rashdan got involved. He said if he did a stress test and didn’t find anything, but my symptoms returned anytime after it he would have to send me to the Cath lab for an angiogram. He said that that was where we needed to start since I had recurrent episodes. Sure enough, 3 arteries to my heart had blockages, one severe enough that I needed a stent. Dr. Rashdan has taken care of me ever since and is very cautious about how he treats my issues since I’m not the normal demographic to have my issues. He doesn’t make any false assumptions that I’ll just bounce right back to normal health just because I’m younger. He thinks everything through and patiently address my concerns.
Dr. DeLaughter is an excellent and caring physician. He even called me at home over the 4th of July to check on me.
They do not honor their word, patient beware.I was referred to The Heart Place, AKA Dallas Cardiology Associates by my doctor and family. The front desk staff were either intentionally deceptive about my insurance coverage or did not know anything about it. They claimed everything was covered by insurance the only thing I would owe was a copay. Several months later I am shocked to get an invoice for an obscene amount of money for things not fully covered by my insurance. I called the billing number and spoke with a gentleman who was verbally combative about a payment plan but after about 20 minutes relented and set me up on one. I explained to him that phone was the best way to reach me because I was not always able to check my mail. Fast forward to the next calendar year and suddenly one payment fails (bank wanted me to reauthorize so they denied the transaction). No one from this office contacted me by phone as the original clerk and I agreed on, instead they sent an invoice and then called a collection agency. I would not be so unhappy if they had tried at all to reach me in the agreed upon manner, but they did not even try. Now their billing office is giving me the run around and claiming I'm at fault because they do not do outbound calls. Yet the original clerk never mentioned this when he agreed to phone contact as a primary contact method nor is this policy displayed or written anywhere for the patient. If you are considering this practice know that the doctors are smart and on point, but the administrative side has seemingly zero care for the patient. Their own employees even discuss this mentality on their GlassDoor reviews (glassdoor.com/Reviews/He…). In short they do not honor their agreements, they will only mail statements only, and they will not care about you only your money, so patient beware.
Life long patient of Dr. Greenberg going on 10 years or so. He will go the extra mile. Very strict regime and thorough in his visits.I have had provided feedback on his staff in the past, and issues are always followed thru and/or corrected immediately.
Dr. Greenberg and his staff are always friendly and professional. I never have a long wait. Dr. Greenberg is very kind and thorough and he always gets back to me very quickly. I love this place, the doctors and the staff!
I have dealt with many doctors and specialists and I think that while the doctors and staff are knowledgeable, they don't have a great bedside manner. Dr. Delaughter performed my ablation and I saw him once. I met with him more than a month before and then never saw him again, not even on the day of the procedure. When you walk into the office, there is a closed sliding window between the staff and patients that are waiting. They open the window just long enough to take your payment and then close it again. Though no one here has ever been rude to me or anyone else that I have seen, there is a general feeling of being routed like cattle and we are not customers or patients, but an inconvenient necessity.
Excellent physicians, staff... very patient focused... very highly recommend to anyone needing expert cardiac care
Been here 2 time and both were bad experiences. Came to see Dr. Delaughter. Both times waited over 1 hour to see doctor. Exam room 3 is extremely cold and I was put there both times. Doctor does know his stuff.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
