Athletico Physical Therapy's Online Review Report Card

PLEASE read this review first. - If you are trying to decide on where to go to get therapy - PLEASE visit Athletico PT. I went to this location. It is very nice and clean but mostly they have the best PT people. I saw two therapists - Shauna and Zach - they are my faves!! You'll also get to meet the infamous, kind and funny, Peg too. With her friendly "hello", you will know you are in the right place. They are very professional, friendly, smart people. They treat you as if you are family. I would know as I started to go to them to treat my Plantar Fasciitis from my Podiatrist, Dr. Ting, who highly recommended Physical Therapist Shauna O. As my foot was healing, I fell and broke my arm in 4 places and had major surgery on it. I changed my therapy with them to my arm - and had OUTSTANDING therapy. With their diligent help/exercises and good humor, my arm is doing things that even my surgeon said I would not be able to do. Everyone is elated to say the least. After my arm was recovered, I went back for work on my foot. Thanks to them, I was able to walk 5-9 miles a day on a trip with little pain. As you can see - I cannot say enough good things about Athletico and the people who are there to take care of you. Please give them a try.

I was experiencing mid-back pain and wanted therapy to help resolve the pain and/or manage flare ups when they occur. I did not have to have a referral from the doctor. I worked with two therapists and received excellent service from both of them. I was provided exercises and tools I needed to take care of myself once I was released. I definitely recommend and will return here myself should I need physical therapy services again.

I have never experienced physical therapy like I have here. I was listened to and heard about where my pain was and what my problems were. Shauna goes above and beyond the years of physical therapy I have experienced in the past and really tried to help me feel better for me and my lifestyle and it has worked. I feel more capable to continue on my health journey than I have in the past. It feels so great to go into an office and not have to try to over explain or defend why you hurt the way you do. The whole office is so professional and very clean. I felt comfortable the entire time. I felt like the path that was created for me was so personal and tailored to how I felt every day and adjusted on bad days without making me feel like I was doing something wrong. I don’t live here and was only visiting for the month but I wish it was more common to find physical therapy offices like this one. Overall, the expertise was very uplifting and encouraging! 10/10 recommend!

Athletico gave me the tools and knowledge to start my recovery process from a nagging injury. I wish I would’ve started therapy here years ago

I was recommended to Athletico by my foot doctor. The staff and facility were top notch! I received excellent therapy for my Achilles tendinitis. I am able to resume activities that I have not done in nearly 3 years. I have used other therapy facilities but Athletico helped me to become active again. Thank you!

Shauna did a great job for me after my knee replacement PT. She is thorough, professional and supportive. I enthusiastically recommend she and her Team to anyone for PT services!

Easily the best PT office I have been to in my career as a highschool/college athlete. Great staff that were able to work around my schedule, great facilities and equipment, adapted to my injury with me. Was able to develop good relationships with the trainers even if they were not the ones working with me.

This has been by far the best PT experience I have had. Peg is always friendly on the phone and at the desk. Shauna has been a superb PT. She has helped me through multiple injuries. So thankful for her expertise!

In July 2021 I had surgery to basically put my knee back together. I had a torn ACL, LCL, IT band, Meniscus, and biceps femoris hamstring. I was at Athletico a few days after surgery and I was a mess!!! I was very active at the gym and running prior to this surgery so I was extremely depressed. Everyone at Athletico encouraged me and was so positive through my whole rehab. All smiles every time I walked through the front door, which was alot! At every big milestone everyone in the clinic was cheering for me. Even some of the patients. Peg helped me with all my appointments and was always a bright light for me when I was hobbling through the front door on those crutches. Shauna helped me both mentally and physically through the most grueling injury I have ever had in my 51 years on this earth. I can happily tell you that 9 months later I am back to running and I owe that to Athletico!!! Thank you so much Shauna, Peg, Zack, and Ryan!!! You are all the absolute best!!!!
