I come here any time I need care and can't get in with my doctor. They are friendly and fast. There might be a waiting period at times but that is uncontrollable due to illnesses with change of weather.
I made a Appt online walked in and was taken straight back, The front desk lady, my nurse and Dr were all friendly , I will def becoming back if needed
I had a 5pm appointment for my son, and it was 6pm before we were finally called back. Why even offer appointments online if those appointments aren’t going to be kept. The staff was very friendly, though.
Friendly staff but slow service. Waited 2hrs on my sprained ankle.
1/23/23 Very pleased for sure, front desk people were very nice. Dr Arnold waited on me, very nice as well, sent me on my way with prescription for bronchitis, Go figure, I got home and had forgotten to ask him something. Called back and the ladies up front connected me to him! Very professional, answered my question, I apologized for bothering him, as he assured me it was no bother!
Staff is friendly and really efficient! I went in today because I had some lingering flu symptoms that seemed to be getting more painful and severe. They tested me for covid and when the results came back negative, they prescribed some antibiotics for a likely respiratory infection. I was in and out of there in a reasonable amount of time feeling confident I'd been given a resolution to the symptoms I've been feeling. I live in Clinton but would absolutely not mind making the drive to this clinic should I end up finding the need for one again!
Went to the ER last night and waited 2 hours before I left. Went to this clinic tonight and received excellent care in less than an hour total. Every person from the front desk staff, to the intake nurse, to the nurse practitioner were very pleasant and took the time to listen to me and provide care. This will be my urgent care facility from today going forward.
I’m not sure on all the negative reviews but I went here multiple times in the past few weeks. Working in a retirement home has got me exposed to many sicknesses. I had a great experience every time. Front desk was always kind. Walk in clinics are for “walk-in” services, there is always going to be a wait that’s what you sign up for when you go to places like this. Get a primary doctor if you want fast service. Anyways I’m incredibly grateful for all the staff that helped me get better multiple times and think they do a great job!
Front desk lady was really rude. Her name is Terri. She checked me in, told me I wouldn’t wait long. I ended up waiting 1.5 hours in the waiting room. Then one of her friends came in and she got magically bumped to the top of the list even tho she didn’t have an appointment. Said lady went in front of me. That’s when I said something and I was told “I’m not going to argue with you” when clearly I was upset because someone who came in after me went before I did. I understand having an appointment but 1.5 hours waiting was ridiculous. I was magically bumped to the top of the que after I said something. Then I was taken back. The doctor thanked me for my patience and saw me quickly after that. That’s the only reason this place isn’t getting a 1 star review. I recommend new front desk staff. That lady was ridiculous.
This has always been my go to urgent care location until today. I picked a time online to show up. Got into an exam room within 5 minutes but then waited 45 min to see a provider 😶 that has never happened to me. Website said 3 people ahead of me. This was an awful experience.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
