Fist the facility is really nice. The RX they gave me didn't work well for me but a nice lady talked to a provider and had them write me a new one. Thank you for going the extra mile while I am sick. That really means alot.

Open 365 days a year... except for when they are not. This has been the case at least 3 times for us now. (Same goes for their Middle/Locust location, don't bother driving all the way there either.)

Best customer service! Friendly front desk staff. Efficient medical staff. The NP made feel heard and covered all my concerns. As a mom of young kids during cold and flu season this is so appreciated! Thank you for continued great service!

I am so beyond sick of the excuse being because of Covid because of Covid because of Covid! I used to work at a UnityPoint Express Care, and we had to take people until 8 PM or whenever we closed! It wasn’t just oh we’re only gonna take however many people we want to so we’re not here until 8 o’clock at night. Get over it you signed up for the job.

This place is a joke. The website estimated a 8 minute wait on walk-ins. Arrived with no one in the waiting room and I was told that I needed to make an appointment. Waited an hour

Be warned, this clinic will scam you. We called to schedule a pre-travel COVID test, and asked about the price as insurance often won’t cover tests when you aren’t symptomatic. They told us it would be approximately $100. When we received the bill for over $300, we called and were told that while the test itself was $100, it’s another $200 to have the test analyzed. Avoid dealing with this clinic at all costs.

Would not recommend to anybody. They don't have doctors to see patients there, they have only nurses which are not aware of many medical conditions so you won't get desired service. You only waste your time and money.

The friendliest and most compassionate staff at a convenient care facility that I have ever experienced. Excellent service from the front desk, the nurse, and the doctor. Three lovely women who clearly enjoy their jobs and love their patients.
