2nd time we've called and made an appointment only to be told we aren't in the system and it's a 2hr wait.. Unprofessional and under staffed!!
Excellent doctors and staff!
I just wanted to say this is the nicest walk in clinic I have ever been to! Clean friendly staff, and doctors that listen to you and everyone here still has that bedside manor from days gone by. Thank you all for making me comfortable and get to feeling better, much appreciated!
Tonight I am extremely thankful for the staff at this location! We live a long ways out of town and my 4 yr old needed seen. I had called another location to verify their hours on a Sunday evening they were so rude and basically told me they can't guarantee hrs and they would stop taking patients when they felt like it. So I called this location and they were extremely helpful and friendly. The staff met us at the door, checked us in and took us straight back for evaluation. The provider was on top of her game and so gentle and kind to my child. The whole experience was great! An added plus the whole facility was very clean also! This will be our first choice location in the future for sure!!
I have always used this location when it's needed. Not once have I had an issue. If you don't make an appointment online then yes your wait time will be longer and people will go ahead of you. So understand that if your going to walk in without setting up an appointment you will wait.. But it's worth it! Everyone has always been kind and treated me with respect!! 10 stars if I could!!
Staff was friendly however this facility has virtually no medical equipment and if you need lab work or need anything other than an x ray. This is not your place just go to the hospital. I wish I had.
They were very nice and thorough and I would recommend them.
Veterans stay away. I went in for something, am retired from the military- 100% covered by the VA for everything and instead of billing the VA, or even ever calling me...Unity turned it in for collections and now I have to pay that and then get the VA to reimburse me. Huge pain. I would recommend if you're in the military take the extra drive to go to the VA hospital. But staff was nice, and service was good.
Courtney Hamilton ARNP took great care of me today and previous visits. She's professional, thorough, and takes the time to answer my questions.
I guess the appearance is supposed to make up for the horrible experience? Not even close. We were at this "express care" for an hour with no one on the check-in screen waiting ahead of us. Eventually I had to go in the hall to ask when we would be seen, and was not met with apologies, but instead excuses. Brandi, the nurse practitioner, came in and fast-talked over me in a condescending manner. She seemed surprised I wanted a diagnosis before I dispensed medicine to my child. Then tried to admonish me by referring to me as GIRL, which is utterly disrespectful and unprofessional. Brandi also did not call my child by her name, and claimed to know what was wrong before even examining my child. The exam was a joke. Brandi checked ONE thing and left. Her face to face with us was less than 7 mins. **One week later I'm back at my child's regular doctor with the same ailment, because, had Brandi taken the time to thoroughly examine her, she would have realized my child needed something different for treatment. Brandi needs continuing education in bedside manner and professionalism as well as diagnostics. I would NEVER recommend this location.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
