I am a patient As is my daughter, husband, son in law, friends and I can’t say enough about the wonderful care we receive from the doctor, dealing with her front office staff and trying to make an appointment is a very different thing and nearly impossible. As a patient you sometimes have to wait over a month to get an appointment, even if things are serious and just getting someone to answer the phone or call you back is a super human feat. Shame because she really is a good physician

I needed a cardiologist associated with Lenox Hill Hospital. Dr. Wallach was very easy to talk with, very thorough, and very smart. didn't love the office aesthetics, but happy with her as a DR., and would use her if something happened to my own DR.

She is wonderful. I live in fear she will retire. If she does, I'll never go to a doctor again!! Joan is also great and so helpful and nice. This practice is a throwback to the days when doctors really took time and interest in their patients.

She is very attentive, honest, and caring. She is a very hard to find these days. She always calls herself with the test results, always honest about she can and cannot treat, and most of all, she really cares about her patients.
