I've been a patient for about 5 months now, speaking to her once a month for medicine prescribing. I have continuously felt unheard, ignored, and nearly put in danger by this doctor when they almost prescribed a medication I cannot take in conjunction with a different medicine I am taking. Had I not looked up the interactions myself, who knows what could had happened if I took the medication this doctor prescribed. She has recommended to me 3 times, a medication I used in attempt to end my life with, knowing I had used it to severely overdose (was in ICU for 4 days unconscience so it was a serious overdose.) I feel as if this is extremely unprofessional and bordering malpractice. I would not recommend anyone to ever see this doctor. I am switching doctors ASAP.

Dr.Slowik...is not even worth a dime...what did to my friend husband was unbelievable!! She made a Human dombie!!I never in my life saw such a despondent person she made of him...thank God we got rid of her and found some Good!!

Dr. Slowik has an immense attitude problem and isn’t qualified in her field. She rolls her eyes and speaks in a sarcastic tone, as she rushes patients during their visit. She received her degree over 25 years ago and it shows.

Rolls her eyes at patients and speaks in a sarcastic tone. Hasn’t been updated in her field since receiving her degree 25 years ago, and is ultimately a bitter woman. Useless visit. Go elsewhere
