I’ve been thinking about getting a hair transplant for a couple years. Finally decided on getting one a couple months ago and then started doing a lot of research. For something so expensive and important i decided that how far i traveled wasn’t nearly as important as who did the transplant. I wanted the procedure done by who i thought would do the best job. I had extensive consults with 6 different hair transplant centers in different locations across the country. HRA(Hair Restoration and Aesthetics of Buffalo) beat them all and it wasn’t even close imo. My consult with Chris(who actually does the procedure w/ Dr. Mike) blew everyone else out of the water. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable about the procedure, he then took the time to explain it in a way where i could completely understand everything. He went through all the phases of the procedure and what to expect. As an added bonus he was personally just the nicest guy and a pleasure to talk to. The last thing that stood out during the consult is that he wasn’t pushy about me getting the procedure there. Most of the other consults where wanting me to sign up right there on the spot and kept nagging me afterwards. Day of the procedure went great. I finally met Dr. Mike and he was as amazing as Chris was from a knowledge and personable standpoint. As someone else posted, Dr. Mike and Chris have been doing this for awhile and they do every procedure themselves. They have a lot of experience and it shows. I’m a month past my surgery and everything looks great so far. Can’t say enough about these guys and strongly recommend them for any hair restoration procedures.

Clean and comfortable environment. Staff was friendly and accommodating. I feel like I have my life back now and I’m only 4 months post op. I can’t thank the team enough!

Nice guys, really wish it would have worked out but overall, I had a poor result. Didn’t want to post but for the money I spent and I followed the pre and post instructions word for word and still a poor outcome.

Been about 7 months everything looks Really good so far. I don't have 1 complaint. Some progress around 2nd to 3rd month I've seen real progress at about the 3rd to 4th month.7th month I think I'm at about 90% or more Of where I wanted to be. Doctor's Mike and Chris You can tell our genuine people. They told me If not happy come back and they will make sure I'm happy. You can't beat that.

Had an FUE transplant done on the 28th of November with this provider and it has been nothing short of a miracle. Quick process, quick healing process, and my hairline has been reborn! Office is super clean, and the staff are all very personable. Would definitely recommend, again and again!

Dr. Mike is great and very informative, and personable. I went to him after experiencing minor hair thinning and discussed my options. His staff is friendly and also knowledgeable.

I just had my implant procedure yesterday. They took out 3,000 hairs and worked steadily for a good 9 hours, minus 20 minutes or so for a lunch that they bought for me. My impressions so far is that they are good people that know what they are doing. Dr. Mike, Chris, and Sara all worked on me, and the time flew by. I asked them about all kinds of things, and to take pictures for me. They are all good communicators and have laid back dispositions. We had great conversations about all kinds of things. They love my jokes, too (not really.) I had a good time there, minus the pinches from the needles, but even that wasn't that bad (maybe a 3/4 out of 10 on the pain scale a couple times, and a 1 or 2 the rest of the times.) Now I'm in the recover protocol. I'll be happy to see the results. They said I had many multi-haired donor folicles and that they were very thick and deep, and that I should look great one everything starts to grow in. So far, so good. I'll try to remember to give an update once it starts growing in.

Had my procedure November 23rd 2021 and it was great. Mike and Chris were amazing. I was nervous about the procedure itself and having to sit for 6-8ish hours but the guys made it fun. We had a lot of great conversations and put my mind at ease. We're about two months in right now and my new sprouts are growing in nicely. I highly recommend HRA of Buffalo for anyone who is considering hair restoration. The price was fair, the facility is spotless and the staff is fantastic. Thank you guys!
