Joseph Neiman's Online Review Report Card

I don't ever write reviews but this one had to be done. This place is horrible. Just horrible. The most unprofessional office I've ever been to. You can either be seen by the nurse or the doctor himself, but it's almost as if they're feuding. I was seen by Dr. Neiman and was given a strict regimen to help heal and cure my acne. Mind you, I was the last patient in the office, and it certain felt like I was just being told whatever could be said to get me out of the office as soon as possible. So so so so so unprofessional. 6 months go by and I was in need of being seen by anyone, so I settled for the nurse who was able to see me earlier than the doctor. When I told her the regimen the doctor put me on, she looked at me like I was insane. Her words exactly were "No, don't listen to him, he'll keep you on that for years." I'm just thinking to myself like ummm what shouldn't you guys agree on something like I'm not your test rat. I also told her about this one "zit" that's been on my face for the past seven years. I mean come on. Have you ever heard of a zit being on a face for 7 years, because I definitely haven't. When I told the nurse about it, she said "yeah, it's just a zit, it'll go away," and me confused promptly asked "are you sure?" and God forbid I asked that. She looked at me like I was questioning her intelligence and got all snippy and rude and responded "UUMMM YEAH of course i'm sure, they last 6 months to a year," when i specific told her its been on my face for SEVEN YEARS. I reminded her again of that fact, but she obviously didn't care and really thought I was making it up. Like come on there are way better things to lie about. A zit?? Obviously the last thing that would come to mind. In a place where self-consciousness is probably the first thing that is expressed by patients, Dr. Neiman and his staff pay no regard and show no compassion in their willingness to help patients.

I've been seeing Dr. Neiman for years and  he is by far the best in his field.  Am currently treating with his PA Melissa and RN Lauren, both of whom are fantastic. The staff is consistently warm, welcoming, and professional.  Appointment scheduling is quick and easy and patients are usually seen within 10 minutes.  The office atmosphere is soothing and comfortable and treatment rooms are immaculate.  A visit to Dr. Neiman's is always a pleasing experience.

Have been a patient here off and on for 20 years. The Doc knows his stuff. He has helped not only me, but my husband and children as well.Never too long a wait at the office. If you want to see a PA, you can usually get in within the week. Dr. Neiman is usually a few week wait to see because he is a very popular and busy Doc. Of course, they take into account emergency situations. The staff is attentive and extra helpful and polite.
