Past experience, no nonsense, explained what he would recommend, options, length of time needed for healing I felt comfortable and confident in knowing the steps to be taken and what to expect. It all came out just as he said.
The best doctor i ever seen. smart, great bed manners, takes time for office visit.
Can't believe the other reviewers are talking about the same person. He's been my dr. for 30 years. Extremely knowledgeable and caring, excellent staff who call to follow up, super competent. Spends a lot of time with patients and answers every question.
Horrible is best way to explain my experience, staff seems nice, trying having any issues, doctor follow up,non existent, same as staff... Run find someone else
Agree to RUN from him comment. Seen over extended time period. He is sexist and of low imagination; simply a mediocre technician. He performed 2nd carpal tunnel release surgery on me and THEN decided it was neuropathy, not CTS! Took the opportunity of pain in my shoulder to feel me up. RUN, RUN, RUN!
I saw Dr. Frank for pain in my wrist from a fall. Xrays discovered a bone in my hand had broken, with a chip floating. He recommended surgery to reattach. I had just started a new job, so delayed the decision for a month. When I returned, he recommended physical therapy (for a broken bone & chip?) instead. Even the therapist was confused by that order. After therapy, I returned without relief from pain and Dr. Frank recommended surgery again, but this time to excise the bone fragment! CONFUSING!
I went to Dr. Frank to have a ganglion cyst removed. He was very pleasant, extremely kind, and explained what he was going to do. Took very good care of me and would highly recommend Dr. Frank.
Stay away from this doctor at all cost!!! His office staff is some of the worst I have ever met In my life!!! They will yell at you on the phone, call you a liar, say you owe more money when your insurance company says you have money coming back to you, because they over charge. They are too lazy to see how much to charge for co pays. They all have some of the worst attitudes ever!!! Plus the doctor hates his life won't spen 5 minutes with you. I was going to have my surgery with him but now I'm not. I'm sure he wouldn't do it right and I'd get over charged. Horrible place
RUN from this doctor. He is incompetent, rude, does not listen to patients, and refuses to answer questions. Plus you wait forever and a day past your appointment time only to find that your visit is a complete and utter waste of time!
Took 1 hour 20 minutes to see MD. How can you be running that late at 1030am? Staff did a terrible job managing my expectations. MD rush me in and out in 5 minutes and seemed more interested in playing with his technology then valuing me as a patient. This was my first and last visit to the office.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
