I did not feel like she was taking my concerns seriously and brushed me off. She did not explain anything or look at old records only the printout. I left my appointment wondering why I even went. Felt more frustrated and concerned leaving than when I came in.

Very disappointed in Great River Women’s health department! I have been rescheduled twice in the last 6 months. Today I went in for my appointment and they had rescheduled me with a different doctor without notifying me. After I had made appointment six months ago. The automated message two days ago stated I had an appointment with the correct Doctor, but once again after I come to my appointment it is incorrect again. And now I have to wait another month to see the right doctor!

Dr Marshall and her staff were extremely kind and thorough during each of my visits. Dr. Marshall took the time to answer any questions I had and made me feel at ease enough to ask her questions I have never asked my doctor before. I would highly recommend her to anyone of my friends and family.
