This office has some serious issues with professionalism, rudeness and scheduling. Emergent issues should not take 6 months to be seen and no employee should just hang up the phone after confirming an appointment.

I found Dr. David Knutson, MD to be very concerned and considerate of my dermatology needs. Excellent "Bedside Manner" that assures the patient that Dr. Knutson is experience and confidant without coming across as arrogant. My treatment was virtually painless and evidence of the surgery is nearly invisible. I found the staff to be cordial, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. I certainly would feel confident to leave any future dermatology needs to Dr. Knutson's care.

Honestly a shame, Dr Johnson was amazing, everything was great until I scheduled my appointment and came in and they told me it wasn't until December. Came back in December and was told my appointment wasn't that day either, was charged for no show to an appointment I didn't even schedule myself. I would have been more understanding if maybe they would have told me they rescheduled it but nope.l then they charged me for it.

I have been treated for Rosacea for 15 years, and have only been a patient of Dr. Knutson for the past three years. Symptoms have become difficult to treat with medication prescribed years ago. Dr Knutson was very helpful in finding the right combination of medications. My skin hasn't been this clear in years. The Dr. is very personable and very knowledgeable. His professionalism is appreciated.
