I had Dr. Barnett for my first pregnancy and every time I asked him something or made a comment he would brush it off or give me a smart a** response. I told him multiple times I was getting really swollen and itchy all over and he said it was normal. I ended up going to a different hospital a few days before my due date because I was still swelling up and they told me I had protien in my urine and had preeclampsia. I wish Dr. Barnett would have listened to my concerns because maybe I would have found out I had it earlier in my pregnancy and my delivery wouldn't have been so rough.

Highly recommended. They are doing a very good job.

The office staff is TERRIBLE!!!! They never answer the phones. If you leave voicemail they do not return your calls. There is no one to complain to because they all don't care. Dr. B is a great doctor but this office will cause you to look elsewhere. Got to the office at 9 AM no one was there to open the door. You will sit in the lobby WAY past your appointment time, only to go sit in the room for an additional 30+ minutes. Im starting to regret not choosing another OB this time around.

If you can handle dealing with unprofessionalism , poor staff in which have no shame in gossiping about you as a patient, waiting 15mins to be called even if your the only patient in waiting rooms Nd your on time, and being told one thing one appointment and another the next appointment.. Go to this doctor office.

I love Dr. Barnett and saw him for years until this year. Last year was it because of his horrible staff. I arrived for my appointment and signed in with no one in the waiting room or a single staff in the desk area. I waited for 45 minutes before a worker appeared. By then, 3 other people arrived and signed in. It was another 1/2 hour before anyone was called in I was last! No apologies or explanation and were not friendly. Thanks to his staff, I've found another doctor that has better staff!

Dr. Barnett has been my doctor for almost 20 years. I highly recommend him for his expertise and caring bedside manner.

Dr. Barnet became my OB/GYN after I moved to Texas from Georgia in 2009. Oh what a doctor; he is very knowledgeable, friendly, humorous, an excellent educator and very courteous. His bedside manners are awesome! His staff is courteous and friendly. He make you feel comfortable with him, before and during the examination Dr. Barnet is a wonderful doctor and I would recommend him to my family & friends. Dr. Barnett has been my OBGYN for 10+ years , I had my three children with him has been an amazing OBGYN till yesturday !! I called him due to having alot of pain , bloating and bleeding for the past 3 weeks heavily ! He advised for me to go to the emergency room ASAP and have a ultrasound done. I did what my OBYGN of 10+ year told me to do and come to find out i have a cyst 7cm ( peach size ) I called him back to let him know that i did everything that he needed me to do and at that point he to

Terribly unprofessional doctor! I WENT for several issues, heavy bleeding(requires the use of a diaper during my menstruals) mood swings, weight gain of almost 30 pounds in a year, likely due to my multiple fibroids and hormonal issues. Instead I was told how, at 248 pounds, I was morbidly obese and a risk to do surgery for! Yes, im overweight, but definetly not morbidly and I'm a registered nurse, so I'm aware of the risks vs benefits!! Disgusting person!
