Very good experience with dr. Steven Mindrup Nice person good doctor. Good conversation about my Mom’s UTI and treatment. All staff at PCI Urology is very friendly and kind. Good financial counselling and rates for self pay appointment as my Mom is visiting is from another country and doesn’t have local insurance. Thanks

I went to Dr. Mindrup around four years ago for persistent pelvic pain and inflammation. He did not run a single test on me. He referred me to physical therapy and sent an order with a completely wrong diagnosis. When I came back in for a followup and said it was not helping he said AND I QUOTE this may just be your cross to bear. Spoiler alert I have lupus. He invalidated my symptoms and made me feel so terriblelike I was a weak hypochondriac I didnt seek more treatment for quite a while. Im sure he is lovely for men but if you are a woman DO NOT GO TO HIM. Try urogynecology at the U instead.

He is honest and knowledgeable and tells it to you straight. Very pleasant demeanor and easy to talk to.

Runs 30 or more minutes late for every appointment my fatherinlaw has had with him. If I was more than 5 minutes late to my Unitypoint physician they would cancel my appointment and bill me.
