Everyone from the front office to the doctors and nurses Treated me with respect and kindness. They listened to the patient before Answering your questions. I felt very safe and taking care of. 🙂👍🏼👍🏼 thank you!

My boyfriend went here and they refused to test him for anything. I sent him here cause I am a healthcare worker and I knew he needed them and they looked at him for 2 min and sent him away with nothing.

Friendly staff

Can't take walk in reservations over the phone. Website not allowing you to set your place in line. Told to bring your sick child in and wait almost 4 hours. Why have a reservation system if it isn't going to work? If I wanted to look at a map all day- Google can take care of that.

The front office staff was kind and helpful. My nurse was kind and thorough. Dr Niemeyer was very patient, kind and really cared about my well-being. Darla, the testing staff was also very kind and easy to work with. I couldn't ask for a better experience. Thank you for that.

EXPENSIVE! $195.00 office charge. They'll never extort me again.

Check in is always quick with friendly smiling faces! I’ve been receiving physical therapy there working with Sully and Kari whom I’ve always had pleasant experiences with! They’re both very informative, helpful, kind, Down to earth & good at what they do!

Extremely unhappy. Really bad set up they have. I walked in around 3 and signed in at the kiosk, and prompted it that I will leave. I then got prompted to check in at the desk. I left and got a text saying they will be ready at 5:45 and to show up 10 mins early. I went home for 2 hours and came back to be told that they called me multiple times and that I never told anyone that I was leaving. When I told 2 different checkins that I was going to leave and come back. I was then told to wait in the lobby and that it was going to be an hour because there were 10 people in front of me, despite the fact that I’m clearly sick and was waiting for more than 2 hours at this point. Cancelled my spot at unity point and went to mercy care south, got in within 15 mins…

Had an 8:30 appointment, so I show up at 8:15. I try to open the door and it's locked. There sign says opens at 8am. Eventually a staff member comes out and says they are opening at 8:30 due to the doctors being in a meeting, ok that's fine. Wait till 8:30 and the doors are still locked. Around 8:35 the same lady comes out and says they are still in a meeting but they don't think they will be opening today. So then I had to drive to the other side of town because by that time all of the urgent cares on that side of town had their appointments filled. Luckily the one by Best Buy got me in right away and was extremely helpful and friendly. The worst part of the entire thing is that I was going there because I had scratched my eye and I was very painful, and it was blowing very hard and snowing so every time I had to go from my truck to the door it was extremely painful. I am extremely disappointed in this location since they let me make an appointment they couldn't fulfill causing me to use more vacation time from work and having to pay for gas across town and lastly causing me more pain.
