River Hills Community Health Center's Online Review Report Card

My family has seen both Dr. Brandon and Dr. Mayra and we have loved both of them as well as their assistants! We feel well taken care of while we are there and my kids enjoy their visits!

The Dentist and Doctor are pretty good. The receptionist are snippy rude and want you to rush paperwork while you have your kiddo(s) with you. This has happened 2x and when you open your mouth none of them hear you. They ignore you when your talking to them and just unpleasant. You walk in until you see them then you want to turn around and walk out. I don't think I'll be going there anymore. You know most have them kids. When I walked out an my daughter appointment was over they were all talking to a male client so I know what I did not have to make the women receptionist smile and be nice not rude.

Their a joke for the most part.

The arpn that I took my kid to today did absolutely nothing for my child. The things that take your temperature are not accurate. My kid has a fever of 101 and theres said 98.4 and nothing was prescribed for medicine. They never prescribe medicine when we go there. They only care about money not people thats for sure. I will never take my kid there ever again.

They'll pull your teeth. They do outrageous amounts of x rays at the states expense. They defend other dentists who don't do a great job because they are afraid of the same coming back on them. Dr Myra has pulled plenty of my teeth. The last one was a K9 she broke off while trying to remove it then ground on my freaking jaw. She's not trustworthy and neither is any of the staff. They lied to me a few weeks ago when I was in serious pain and tried to pretend there were no appointments available until 2-3 weeks later. First they chose my mom's birthday knowing I wouldn't be making it that day then told me my brothers birthday. They are a sick clan of people.

Dr. Rook and his assistant Morgan are as good as they get. If you want a caring, professional dentist who does outstanding work I highly recommend Dr. Rook.

Google says Riverhills is open until 5pm on Fridays. I’ve had appointments on Friday afternoons. Today (a Friday) I called at 1:30pm and reached their answering service. They said every clinic at Riverhills now closes at noon on Fridays. Riverhills didn’t have enough respect for their patients to let them know this? And why are they extending their weekend? A child gets sick on Friday and is forced to go to the ER? Ridiculous! This is a doctor’s office, not a bank. If you want a half day, make it a Tuesday. At least then a patient can call the next day and you’re not closed for 68 hours straight. Two full days is long enough, don’t you think?

I was on a medication for 6 years or more . doctor in the mental health office just refused to give me refills. saying I missed an appointment. it was on camera call . I got a call asking if I was ready to attend the call. I replied yes. I waited from 7 30 am to 8 am . still no texts I called , the lady said she was with another patient now. she had sent the link . it never appeared in my texts . I was not given refills and she refused to give me any. my appointment was made for a month . honestly I won't be going back. there's a reason I was prescribed those medications. I have never in my life felt so betrayed. please pay attention to who your hiring in the future.

They expect you to know when things are canceled , saying they sent out a notice through some app or whatever, which I had no clue that existed, went in for a therapy appointment I needed and waited a month for, to find out it was canceled because of meetings and made it seem it was my fault for not knowing. Then I tried to make another appointment for therapy which was put out another 2 months, I didn’t accept it and declined because I wasn’t going to wait another 2 months, I just received a letter saying they canceled all my future appointments with them, (I was still going in for medications, which are for my depression, anxiety and sleep, so important medications I need to take, but I was just going to find somewhere else for therapy)
