List of Marshall Shuler's Reviews
Honestly Dr. Shuler is okay in person but then when it comes to billing, you get charged for every single question. He really should disclose when something in a visit is going to cost you a lot of money (almost as much as the visit). That would be the decent thing for him to do. He isn’t very attentive either. I had to point out certain moles that he should have noticed. Every concern I had was brushed off as “oh that’s normal”. He just barely looked at my skin and was done in a few minutes. He’s heading for the door the entire visit. He really did nothing for me. I might as well have saved the money and not gone in. Customer service is over all very poor and I’ll probably be looking for another doctor next year. They just aren’t very professional or caring in my opinion. There are better options out there. I can’t recommend this office.
Terrible. I am an established patient (going to him over several years). Missed my yearly check-up appointment and now I'm considered a new patient. Next available appointment...10 months. Ridiculous...and by the way, if you have a serious issue they will not work you in...they tell you to go the ER. Sad; I guess they have enough business that it doesn't matter.
WowFive star 😏
Next available appointment in May? This is August!!! The staff is rude.
Dr Schuyler is very through, explains and listens well
Have been seeing dermatologists for over forty years. This guy has been the best I've had. Seems to really care about his patients
Today is August 3rd of 2018, Friday. At the beginning of last week, I called this office to make an appointment for my little son, who was referred to them by ER. I was told by the receptionist that nurse will call me back. In 10 days, the nurse finally called me back and informed that next available appointment is on April 20th of 2019!!! Unbelievable! Couldn't they tell me this 10 days ago, so I could immediately start looking for another dermatologist? Now, I have to search for another one, then call ER to ask them to referr my son to another place... What kind of medicine is this? They don't care about people, they care only about money!
Dr Marshall J Shuler is an excellent Doctor, caring and compassionate. Makes one feel at ease immediately. His knowledge of all things skin related is asstounding. He genuinely seems a nice man.
The office was clearly busy the day of my last minute appointment. When I arrived I sat for about 4 minutes and was taken to a room. Dr. Shuler came promptly and even though it was obvious that it was a busy day he didn't rush at all. He took his time and even asked if there were any other concerns. I could tell it was sincere. Great experience and all around friendly staff.
Dr. Shuler is the kindest , most understanding and skilled professional. He also is very gifted in his surgical technique and closure. I highly recommend him . I feel he is the best .

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
