Always excellent! I have been away but now planning on making an appointment and remembered how he got rid I'd my stubborn acne. Now it's time for a another maintenance visit.
Instead of focusing on the problem I was there to have diagnosed, Mr. Rodriguez couldn’t get past my weight and literally told me that if I “could lose half the weight,” my problems would go away. NO SHIT, SHERLOCK. He did not listen to my actual problems, didn’t care to hear about my medical history and autoimmune condition, but instead insisted the problems were due to my weight and swelling caused by my weight. I absolutely would not go back to this “doctor.”
The best "Dr" I've ever had, he found problems I didn't even know were there. Not in a hurry, nice office and personnel.
Horrible experience, avoid this PA and Charlotte Dermatology at all costs. I have permanent scarring and loss of joint mobility due to this provider who later admitted on a voicemail to me that he "wasn't thinking" when he carelessly cut into my hand. To this day, I have never received any sort of apology from him. Staff at Charlotte Dermatology is extremely rude too and spent months avoiding my multiple calls and emails. Jennifer at front desk hung up on me several times. Avoid this place!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
