Awful experience. My wife went in for her endoscopy and Dr. Ravi Vemulapalli was 45 minutes late. We have had many issues with this physician. He has continually mixed up the symptoms my wife has experienced, suggested bare minimum treatment that is unrelated to my wife's condition, and seems to be unable to comprehend the effects/ailments of food allergies. His recommendation after todays endoscopy; eat more fiber. No reference to her allergies, actual symptoms, etc. You name it, they've managed to handle it with incompetence and unprofessionalism. The staff were insensitive, impolite, and rushed her out the door. Just an overall bad experience. Would not reccomend.

Appointment started promptly on time, everything was explained as to what to expect, and went exactly as I thought. No complaints and felt very comfortable there.

Well the staff is all really nice however the wait for the doctors is what ruined it for my grandma and I. We have been here since 9:15 AM and it’s 12:15pm and we are still waiting on the Doc. Clearly he has no respect for his clients from what I have seen, I heard a nurse asking him if he was taking a break. Still no word from him. We should have been out of here over an hour ago.

I was at this center waiting for 2 hours for a friend having a colonoscopy. The TV here is so loud it makes your eyeballs roll. Set to a game show. 3 different folks asked the ladies to turn it down. They refused, and cited "patient privacy". They told each of us to 'wait in the lobby' (freezing cold), if we didn't like the noise. People sat as far away as possible, but no way to get away from the awful noise. Worse customer service EVER

This place make me mad, I'm not saying the staff but the doctor really pissed me off. My dad procedure schedule at 12:40pm and they make us wait for 1 hours straight because the doctor is not there. They contact the doctor and not heard anything from him. Once he showed up he didn't even explain his reason for make us wait that long when the procedure is take 5 minute to do. Not counting the time 45min for recovery which I'm supposed to be here for 2 hours and now it become 3 just because he wasn't in. What kind of doctor is he? Making people wait that long. Didn't he know he have an appointment? I'm about to leave the school place but stay because my dad take off work just for a 5min procedure. The doctor we see is Dr. Lopes, ugh so irresponsible.
