My husband and I started the treatment with him about 2 years ago. The nurse did the IUIs to me. Maybe he thinks doing IUI is beneath him. They did the IUIs on me without doing any kind of monitoring. No b/w no U/s ... I guess they just assume that I didn’t work hard to get my money. After one IUI failed after another they didn’t even try to contact me to see if I was pregnant. Never contacted me once during the process. After 3 failed IUIS I proposed maybe they should send an hormonal test order to my local lab to check on my hormones... pay attention it is the patient suggest them to do that. And it turned out that my AMH is only 1.2 which is diminished ovarian reserve. But Dr Young lied to us saying it wasn’t a problem. I wasn’t even told how many follicles I had every time I did the IUI. They were not friendly,concerned or helpful at all. After 5 failed IUIs I was done with them. All 5 IUIs done without any monitoring. 10 thousand spent . The worst experience I have ever had with a Dr who wasn’t responsible. I don’t even know if he has any moral value for cheating me out of money. After that I was frustrated and did a lot of research on internet and decided traveling a little bit to get a really good dr. I ended up going to Chesterfield,Mo. It is 4 hrs driving down and another 4 hrs back. About 11 months with one IUI and 1 ivf I am finally pregnant. Thank GOD that I didn’t keep wasting my hard earned money with DR Young. I doubt he really cares about US or even know about our pain.

Dr. Young was proactive and knowledgeable about treatment options for my endometriosis. I was in severe pain when I first met with him and within a week he preformed an ablation surgery for me.

If I could give negative I would. Dr. Young is very rude and disrespectful! He does not takr the patients feelings into account at all he is very insensitive. He does not care for his patients at all. He does not have any knowledge of PCOS and yet claims to help patients with it. Dr. Young should not be allowed to practice. He feels he is allowed to play a higher power by picking and choosing his patients and it is not his choice. He should be there to help any and all those who need it. I will not even get started on the price as you give away your child's education to have them.

Friendly and to the point. Explains the tests and why they are done and then moves you through quickly. Does not push treatments, lets you decide which one you are comfortable with.

Dr. Young is a great doctor. He is very knowledgeable and confident. He does have a fun joking side which I appreciate. He has been my doctor for almost three years and has been encouraging and positive throughout treatments. I would recommend him to anyone struggling with infertility. The staff is wonderful, especially Sheila and Karen.

I agree, Dr. Young was very professional although once he warms up to you, he has a fun joking side. Very nice guy and knows a lot . Really straightforward for treatment options and included my husband on everything and how important he is to our success, since he has a sperm problem.

Did IVF with genetic screening, bingo, pregnant on first try. DR. Young was professional, very nice guy; staff were great, especially Sheila.

Overall I rate the clinic with 2 stars. The office and the facility are ok. In my experience, they aren't the kindest and weren't welcoming to us. Got what we needed done and off we go. The billing office is a big challenge to deal with. It took me 3 phone calls to get Jen to properly submit to insurance. She wanted me to do it when that's her job!!! Then when we go the final bill after insurance, we got double charged for the services. Took many emails and phone calls and 8 days to finally get the charge on our credit card reversed. Left a bad taste in my mouth.
