I have been very happy with Athletico Physical Therapy in North Liberty. It was easy to get appointments at the time I wanted, the people there are knowledgeable and pleasant, and they did a great job helping my knee improve after total knee surgery.

I came to Athletico in late February because I could not lift my right arm high enough to brush my hair. I am almost 80 and did not want to have an arm not working! Three months later, with much help and encouragement, two days a week and, I once again have movement and agility in my arm. I am a happy gardener again! Patrick and Danny are excellent physical therapists, I recommend them highly.

This place was great when Tara was there! But once she left, it felt like more of a boys club that was more concerned with entertaining conversations than patient workouts and form. I wouldn't go back to this place as they didn't switch up my workouts after the second week. I could've just continued the same workouts at home on my own and gotten the same results.

I started worked with Tara starting at 16 months post-partum for diastisti recti and pelvic floor rehab. I went from feeling like I had no core strength to feeling like I had control and stability, it was incredible! I thought I would always feel weak, but after 4 months of consistent work, I finally feel normal again. I loved working with Tara and she was able to progressively help me improve every week. She was fun to work with and I’d recommend any new mom see her!

I had never seen a physical therapist before. Tara is amazing! I feel stronger and more confident in my continued healing from the in person and at home exercises she taught me. She is thorough in assessing me during my sessions. She encourages while also making sure I have no adverse reactions to the exercises. Highly recommended Athletico!

I have had really great experiences at Athletico in North Liberty. If I need to reschedule Jordyn is always so helpful. I would recommend Athletico to anyone needing PT. Therapists are great.
