Always a good and caring staff.
Timely, efficient, and personable.
just great
Tough procedure on my lip but Dr David Boysen did an excellent job.
Helpful staff and Dr David Boysen is excellent
I've been going to Dr. Boyson for 10+ years. He has always been very professional, but also personable and friendly. He takes the time needed to cover any questions and concerns. He's the Best!
It was a very good experience, it’s always been good, like Dr Boysen and the way he takes care of me.
I recommend Epiphany to everyone
They do all they can to make your appointment go well.
Was a new patient and waited 4 months for an appointment. Confirmed the appointment and everything and turns out I had it put down in my calendar wrong. I showed up thinking it was time for my appointment and the receptionist then proceeded to embarrass me in front of the whole waiting room saying she was the one that spoke to me on the phone so it’s just too bad I arrived at the wrong time. I said it was clearly my mistake and then was informed that I’m not allowed back to the office ever again (due to their no show policy) and that I should have been lucky to receive an appointment in the first place as they no longer accept new patients. I asked if there was anything she could do such as reschedule or ask for an exception since it was clearly my mistake-mind you I stayed calm this whole time. She said no. I told her to have a nice day and then proceeded to cry in my car. I’m on 3 prescriptions for the issue I was supposed to be seen for- clearly I needed medical treatment. Again waited 4 months, make a mistake, calmly admitted it, and was then embarrassed in front of all the patients in the full waiting room. I wish my experience would have been different.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
