My parents made the move to Grand Living At Bridgewater and found a place to continue to grow. This past weekend, my parents celebrated 70 years of marriage, a 91 birthday and celebrated missed milestones with family visiting from 7 different states. Our family witnessed the love and care from staff, who kept this community safe during the pandemic. Our parents invited their siblings to experience the outstanding food. Our mother is currently receiving physical therapy at a rehabilitation center nearby after having a shoulder replacement and is working hard to get back to home at Grand Living. She misses her hair dresser, the fitness classes and the lovely community members. Thank you, Grand Living At Bridgewater!!

I used to be one of the employees at Grand Living. This place is wonderful, the management is great and the food is amazing. I really enjoyed working with Chef Austina and Allen.

I placed my husband in Memory Care in this facility last June hoping things would work out and I would eventually be able to spend quality time with him. He wasn't there three days before they were pushing meds to control behaviors. Within a couple weeks he was no longer able to walk without support, was dropping things constantly and incontinence became an issue where it was not before. They eventually sent him to UIHC where several meds were discontinued and my nightmare began. Don't place your loved one here.

Worst place ever to work,staffing is poor,scheduling is done by favoritism,and colorwise.The management staff will spread and gossip about other staff if they are sick.The management is wicked. They allow staff to pick shifts and do their homeworks during working hours,and this happened and a resident had an incident and fell down and hurt their head,but this was covered by nursing staff. Nursing staff help,they dont respond asap.The nursing staff on call will not respond to shortage of staffing during a shift.They will will misreable give explanations of how far they live,i stead of showing up to assist.They will fire and make staff unreasonably miserable..Very poor management!very unresponsive and especially if staff call for emergency
