All Care Health Center is a great community partner! They assisted throughout the COVID-19 pandemic to assure our residents in Southwest Iowa had access to testing and vaccines.

They were finally able to get me in for a deep cleaning after having to wait so long because of covid. It sucked having to wait so long to get in because they had to split my cleaning into four different dates that were consecutive, but it was worth the wait to finally get it done. The staff is friendly and did a good job cleaning my teeth and they provided me with a new toothbrush, floss, floss picks, and toothpaste! The dental hygienist makes sure you are comfortable and you can tell they care about the health of your mouth!

This place is almost like a factory. Nobody cares or has compassion. Half of the time they don’t even listen. The receptionist was rude and heartless. Only go here if you have to it’s a waste of time.

The people are great and care about the patients who are not always model citizens. I go there because I can afford to pay with my insurance which helps their financials for patients on the sliding scale. I wish more people would do the same and help.

As a former employee, I can say that All Care Health Center true my has amazing people who truly care about others.Any situation I am in since leaving All Care (moved back to my home town other wise I’d still be there!) has been a comparison. For example..... I suffer from migraines, I called my clinic here in my home down who are FQHC just like All Care Health Center, asked to see if my primary can squeeze me in for a Ketorolac and Phenergan shot. They could get me in tomorrow at 4pm. Right away, ACHC popped into my head, as the nurses and providers would squeeze their patients into the clinic to help anyone and everyone! Acute visits, any visits if time permitted and if you couldn’t see your primary then another provider would step up and if worse came to it then a nurse would assist and be there to triage you and make you feel important! ACHC is a great place, and a wonderful team to work for.

Terrible place. Nice people..but very stupid. They don't care if you have a baby waiting in the car, cant bring your kid in, don't know how long the wait will be, already been here 2 hours and STILL HAVENT BEEN SEEN!!!
