Dr Bodendorfer operated on my hip in April. He did a great job and did a procedure that I cannot find anywhere else in Iowa. I would recommend him to anyone needing an orthopedic surgeon.

I had a torn meniscus and thought I would need surgery. Dr. Bodendorfer explained the injury, set me up with physical therapy and anti-inflammatory meds and all is good. He took the time I needed to answer questions and was pleasant. I would recommend Dr. Bodendorfer.

Seems nice enough but offered little info other than anything I asked directly about. Seems to care more about how fast they could shuffle us out to get the next wallet in the seat.

I had a broken hip and he fixed it and I feel wonderful. I think he is a very good surgeon as he did my other hip and it was a success.

Dr. Bodendorfer has good bedside manner and is very willing to answer questions. He does good work and is obviously very intelligent. He tends to explain things using a lot of medical terminology so you may need to ask him to review in laymans terms when in discussion. I would recommend this doctor.
