My mother was actively dying this weekend and her assigned nurse did not call me back as requested this weekend. It had been 10 hours not knowing. Receptionist was actually rude and connected me w a triage nurse who was equally unhelpful. Maybe the patient care is better. I hope so.

If you call to check on someone- you reach a call center- 2 out of three rude CSR- like people answering the phone- An automated phone system would actually be better.

St. Croix hospice was exceptional. Every different person with this agency was wonderful to work with. Special shout out to Patti, Meghan, Kim, Lisa, and Leah. Thank you for being there for us during this truly trying time. We were always able to talk to someone at any time of the day and when our loved one passed they came right away and took care of everything.

My family's experience with the Council Bluffs St. Croix Hospice staff was exceptional. Honoring the wish of our mother to be at home upon passing was both sad and yet the most loving experience for us. The St. Croix professional staff provided my mother and family with all of the emotional support, professional and medical equipment services necessary to keep her as pain free, connected to life and comfortable as possible to the end of her life. St. Croix was a blessing to my mother and our family. Thank you St. Croix
