A very knowledgeable and nice doctor. I would say without a doubt he saved my life. Cancer is not a fun disease but I knew I was in good hands and trusted him (still do) completely. It will be almost two years since my diagnosis. You can feel extremely comfortable with him during a difficult time.

Do not believe the three 5-star ratings. He just an ok doctor. He is able to field some questions, but he made me feel as though I was wasting my time. One star to offset the bogus 5 start reviews that have no detail (in other words, fake reviews).

A family member went to see this doctor. He gave us terrible news, put my family member through painful testing, had the results for WEEKS without contacting my family member and then was WRONG with his diagnosis. Incredibly unprofessional!

I went to see him before any tests and just a biopsy. He told me I had terminal cancer with less than a year to live. My sister asked him if he shouldn't at least do a petscan and he said it wasn't necessary. Was just matter of fact and quite arrogant. I left there and never returned. Went to the Mayo clinic and after 6 rounds of chemo, some cancer has disappeared and one other lymph node has shrunk significantly. My new oncologist is very hopeful that after this and surgery, I will be cancer free. Dr. Lukinbill is now in rapid city South Dakota. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone!!
