Great therapy group. Laurene is the best therapist I've ever worked with. She deserves a gold trophy.
Staff is wonderful, very caring for your needs and to help you.
This company was recommended to me by another therapist from another company. She is completely full and wanted to help me find an available therapist. While she spoke very highly of them I am very upset with my only experience with them. The therapist called and said she is not accepting ANY new clients with Tricare. I picked this specific therapist for her focus on PTSD. Which after serving over 20 years of active duty service, and serveral combat zones, my husband does suffer from. She didn’t say they are not accepting new clients, She said exactly they are not accepting new clients with Tricare insurance. Which infuriates me!!!! It shouldn’t matter what insurance! And veterans deserve better!!!! She didn’t recommend anyone else. Nothing. DO BETTER!!!!! (*the therapist receptionist)
Chris Marks helped me understand myself and what drives me. Many revelations of internalized rationalizations for my behavior changed my life and thinking processes. Thank you!
It’s great
after what they put my daughter thru 7yrs ago with her having supervised visitation(which was a crock!). As i understood it the person supervising the visit is to keep their mouth shut unless the parent is doing something inappropriate in front of the child!! But thats not the case here!!!
Their therapy dog Wrigley came after my wife's service dog and they acted like they didn't care. The handler turned his back on me while I was talking to him about it. Have tried reaching out to the director bit she will not return my calls. That's ok because my wife has filed ADA, Iowa Civil Rights, and has contacted TDI which is the organization the therapy dog is registered with.
I tried calling to get an appointment. They didn't respond to my 1st email theough their website. They won't even put you on the calendar unless you have your insurance information RIGHT then. I was calling over a small break and didn't have my card with me as I was trying to get privacy. I have 2 types of insurance. But it tells me they ONLY care about the money. They would take my information but I couldn't actually schedule an appointment till then. It should not be this difficult to get a mental health appointment.
They won't set the appointment without knowing your insurance information. I understand if they want it before the appointment or like most places to have it with you on first visit. But even though the crime victim fund will pay for my visits they wouldn't even set the appointment. my surgeon recommended I get counseling pre-surgery as my injury was caused by an assualt. I can't even imagine how hard it is for people who need immediate help. Seems like they make it difficult because the focus is on money, not on care.
Jon is extrmely down to earth, knowledgable, & nonjudgmental. He genuienly cares for his patients and thier mental health. I've always left feeling like a weight has been lifted after talking with him. The staff is friendly, professional and always happy to assist. 😊

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
