Takes time to Listen and care.

She doesn’t really want to do anything. Poor service and you will remain sick and get worse with this one.

Both my husband and I had Dr Klock for about 15 years but have moved to AZ now. Now we know what a marvelous doctor she is: she is thorough, knowledgeable, skillful, analytical, a good communicator, compassionate, competent, committed. As Joni Mitchell said: 'you don't know what you've got until it's gone.' We miss her.

My experience with Dr. Klock was horrible. I went in for a PAP because I could not get in with my OBGYN & I was experiencing a lot of pain in my pelvic region. Once laying on the table, no warning was giving & she was very aggressive with her inspection. I was currently taking a medicine that was an antidepressant & I noticed that I was experiencing some negative side effects from the medication. After expressing that with her, all she did was write me a script for an anti psychotic. Thankfully, after I did some of my own research, I did not take the medication because it was a hardcore drug & it was basically a sedative. I work with the sick/elderly & I can't be under the influence of a drug like that while I'm at work. I don't see how she expects anyone to get better when all she's doing is writing scripts for more drugs. Especially drugs that could hurt me more than help me. I know some people benefit from these medications, but I don't qualify to be on a drug like she was trying to put me on.

Dr Klock is everything you want in a primary care doctor. She is warm, practical and she really listens. I have been her patient for 16 years and would not consider changing doctors. Dr Klock's nurse, Jane is also awesome! She remembers who you are, is very efficient. but always pleasant and very quick to return a phone call. The office staff at this clinic are dour at best. This has always been an issue. But if you focus on what is important (doctors and nurses), I would highly recommend!

I have seen Dr. Klock for 15 years and my whole family. We are so grateful for her great bed side manor. Always very attentive and explains things where you can also understand it. I appreciate Jane her nurse also she is the best!

I have seen Dr.Klock for 10 years +....she is spot on caring, great bed side manner and I applaud her for having a nurse (Jane) and not using just a CMA .....great doctor's have nurse's. Dr.Klock has never let me down.

I have seen Dr. Klock more than once, although not very recently. She is probably one of the worst family physicians that has treated me. Her bedside manners do not even exist. She is not friendly or even polite. One time in particular, I had a very bad ear infection on Labor Day. I had to go to Urgent Care (I had seen her before). Not only was the wait time crazy (and mind you, I was in extreme pain, just wanted some meds) but when she finally came in to see me she barely acknowledged me, hardly even looked at my ear, and wrote me the a very expensive prescription (even with ins, it was $60). Days later I was not getting any better and go to the point where I was crying all the time. She just wrote me a prescription for pain killers, that made me sick. Ended having to be rushed in to see an ENT when I came back. Turns out my ear was so infected that the drops never reached it. Dr. Klock would have noticed that if she just would have looked in my ear properly.

I went to this physician because she is my dad's phydician. I would never recommend her to anyone unless there is no other physician. I told my dad to immediately change the physician because tried to perform the procedure without any explanation and eithout even introducing herself or saying hi as she entered the room. What kind of a physician would enter the room and immediately start shoving some sort of tubes in vagina. I know medicine has become more like a bussiness but in every bussiness treating your customers with respect no matter their age, religion, race, ect. Will make that bussiness forward.

Dr.Lisa Klock is a great family physician. I have been going to her for 15+ years. I drive a half hour out of my way just to go to her. If you have questions she will answer them. She is gentle and kind. I trust her. She has gone out of her way before to help me.
