Brought my baby in for suspected pink eye 40 minutes prior to close. I was asked if I had a reservation. I didn’t. It’s a walk in urgent care…..Anyways, was told they’re at “capacity” (2 people in waiting room) and that they couldn’t take on my baby. Zero empathy.

I showed up at noon to the walk-in they refused to see me staying their manager said they can't see anyone else for the day. Online it said they are open and accepting patients until 3. The front desk staff was very rude and didn't seem to care that they were turning away sick people. I went to Mercy instead they got me right in. Save yourself the time and frustration just go to Mercy down the street.

I recently took my 5 month old daughter here to be seen & tested for COVID. I was on day 5 of my own COVID infection. I called the clinic ahead of time to let them know & they said I could bring her. Upon arrival we were checked in quickly & put into a room away from others. The entire staff could not have be more understanding or accommodating. We recurved great care here from Dr. Even. I also love that you can sometimes get same day appointments. We will be back.

Started online checking and have a 2 hour wait for walk-ins. They claim copay due when being seen but refuse to schedule the delay without getting paid in advance. Staff is disrespectful and condescending. Very rude and I would never come back.

Tried to get into urgent care after work because I have had a bad cough for two weeks and they close at 4 on Saturdays and I showed up at 3:47 which I know isn’t ideal but the lady at front desk was very rude and said we’re not taking any one else for the day so I asked what time they close and she said 4 pm so I was confused and I ask what time can I come in and still be seen?? She said they stop taking patients at 3:30 in a very snarky tone. I’m not writing this just to complain but if you stop taking/helping people at 3:30 then just say you close at 3:30 don’t say you close at 4. If you close at 4 then take people until 4 it’s simple and will help patients not waste time and won’t frustrate people

Although the nurses are always nice the doctors need help. I assume if your going to work with children have patience. What little kid likes stuff being poked in their eyes and I’m not even talking a five minute fit I’m talking less than 2 minutes trying to poke her hurt eye and having no compassion for the fact that she was a scared 7 year old. Not my first bad experience with doctors here. They got me in quick and the nurse practitioner seemed very kind.
