Brittney, the nurse that sounds like she smokes 10 packs a day, needs a different career. Quit trying to argue with patients on the phone, lose the attitude, and learn to listen to patients instead of acting like a complete know it all b.
I had to go this urgent care as it was the only one open on Easter Sunday. Had fallen hard on concrete on right side and injured both arms, head gash and other abrasions. The vibe Of the facility was annoyed we were there. The front desk staff were not personable. Asked receptionist to change to new address. Said she would and didn't...paperwork proved it wasn't changed as requested. N.Prasasouk, ARNP is not a medical care professional i would recommend or go back too. She didn't give proper instructions to care for left sprain wrist, right arm sprain or possible occult fracture only instructions were take pain meds and keep splint and sling on until seeing and ice as needed... nothing noted about elevation above heart for either injury. But her medical notes on my appt on Unity point says she discussed with me... lies lies lies. The doctor glanced at head abrasions. The medical paper proves otherwise. Ive been there before and all previous staff were more friendly, helpful and thorough. Wouldn't recommend this urgent care facility as long as this staff is in place.
Exceptional team very professional! I was concerned by the reviews but honestly I can say nurses and doctor are very professional and knowledgeable. Wait is reasonable for urgent care facility. I'm ver grateful for staff!
This place is a joke. They call it a urgent care clinic. but you have to shedual your walk in. Like we can plan on being sick dah. No body in the waiting room it's 5 pm and they tell me the next walk in is at 745 pm when they close at 8. That sounds like an appointment not a walk in. So I drove across town to broadlans urgent care. It's now 552 pm and allready been see. That's an urgent care
If I could give 0 I would. Took my husband in around 3 pm today (Sunday) and was told by an older LADY WITH RED HAIR the dr probably could not see him because they were full but she would ask. A couple of minutes later I was walking up to the receptionist area when I heard her say to her co worker “pfff why is it always the last hour everyone has an emergency” as if we were interrupting her day at her JOB! I informed her we would be leaving and apologized for ruining her last hour of WORK! God forbid one of her family members is sick and needs to be helped by such a disgusting individual! If you don’t enjoy your job then find another one! It makes me sick she works in healthcare!
Update: it took them an hour and 15 minutes to call me to tell me they had a room for me. My appointment was at 12:15 not 1:30. I ended up leaving and going to a doctors now and had my results before this urgent care called me to tell me they were ready for me. If I could give 0 stars I would. How is it your family medicine clinic is awesome and this uc is so terrible?
The wait times are bizarre at this place. People showing up hours after you get seen before you, with no explanation at the front desk. And there is no sense of urgency to help people. Reading other reviews I see this as a common problem, the response is always something like “we take feedback seriously.” It’s obvious that they don’t.
First and foremost I'll review care because im sure thats what most are interested in. I feel that I received a sub par examination from Dr. Johnson. When he listened to my lungs, he did so with his stethoscope on the outside of my coat! Im no Dr, but common sense tells me that you arent going to hear anything through someones coat + shirt! I left feeling like they didnt really want to help me at all. What kind of doc won't ask a patient to lift/ remove clothing or just go ahead and do it? My answer- one that doesnt really care🤷♂️ This part has nothing to do with care but as a matter of being professional it should be mentioned. The heavy set girl with short hair behind the counter on the right should keep her political views quiet. The workplace is not the setting to discuss your radical leftist politics. We dont need to know how much you hate Hershel Walker and the rest of conservative America. Literally nobody coming in for care wants to hear hate filled political spew.
Whack customer service. Told me they’d call me back when they could n never did
Absolute joke. Had an ear infection for 5 weeks and they failed to do anything about it. Now they got this new stupid system called block system. Walked in 11:30 to a walk-in clinic and was told I can't get seen until 2:30. The doctors there are complete joke. All they want to do is give you penicillin and nothing else. It's kind of reminds me of going to the nurse's office and giving you a cracker for upset stomach and telling you to lie down

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
