Dr Burhman tried to Intervene in the place of a neurologist and stated that my insomnia from lack of access to my sleeping device required injections of antipsychotic medications. He threatened to inject me with anti-psychotics every morning for weeks and he was not capable of intelligent conversation in the slightest. I hope he finds the right medication to help his sociopathy.

If you like being gaslit while simultaneously being forced to tip toe around the sociopaths enormously fragile ego…Dr Burhman is your guy. His malpractice has no limits and I hope he finds Jesus or at least the right medication.

I see Dr. Berman on an outpatient basis. He is very welcoming and informative. He always make sure to answer any questions/concerns I have. 10/10!

We saw this dr only once! And that was enough!! He was all over the place! Couldn’t make any decisions! He’s say one thing , then change it! He was very defensive and angry. No bed side manner at all

I met with Dr Berman while in the hospital. He was well informed and fully explained the condition and the procedures that were planned clearly. I was confident in his assessment and treatment. Did well.

We saw this dr at medical associates dubuque ONLY one time! He suggested that both myself and my son were lying about his condition! Worst yet, after spending 20 minutes with us - he called DHS on me and made a false report saying that I was harming my son!!!he only spent 20 minutes with us! He knows nothing about us! Don’t see this dr - because he will do the same to u!!

My son has mental disabilities. And we saw this dr ONCE. He suggested that both of us were lying about his condition! Worst thing - he called DHS on me for neglect of care for my son! He doesn’t even know me or my son. He spent 20 minutes with us ! Don’t see this dr because he will do the same to you.

I took my mentally disabled son to see this dr because his hallucinations came back. Now my son is considered MR, and can not communicate well. Yet, this dr told me he may be lying about them! He accused me of telling him these people are real!! He then suggested to put him in the hospital and take him off all meds “ to see what he’d do”! Then when I started disagreeing with him - he kicked us out ...

I would NOT recommend Dr. Berman as a psychiatrist. After briefly reviewing my history, he asked me, "What have you heard about me?" Truthfully, I hadn't heard anything, so he proceeded to give me a dissertation on his whole life's history...where I felt like I should be taking notes for HIS file. I am interested in having a physician who is interested and engaged in my wants/needs - NOT someone who seemed to focus more on himself than me, his patient, during my appointment time.
