We were waiting outside the doors for a few min and they were locked and it wasn't til my kids tried to knock on the glass and tried opening the other door to get someone's attention as no one was at the reception. Finally, someone gets to the front, but the worst attitude ever. My kids were denied care and her excuse was that it was closed because the doors automatically lock at 8pm. When I showed her the time that it wasn't 8pm she just says with a nasty and sarcastic attitude, "so u just show up seconds before?" Yeah, because I planned for my kids to get sick? Doesn't make sense for her to have such an attitude and much less sense for her to still work there and deny people care the way she did. If she doesn't like her hours she needs to go somewhere else or quit instead of trying to leave early and unethical turn people in need away.
Fast, courteous and professional.I felt they really cared
Was seen and treated first at the emergency room 2 days ago, with something wrong with my eye. Come back today to urgent care, lady at the counter goes "well you were already treated, I'm not sure what you want them to do today". First off, she doesn't know my case, therefore, her opinion is invalid and unnecessary. I didn't trust the opinion of the ER doctor, who very quickly looked at my eye not taking much time. Today, urgent care found I ACTUALLY have a foreign body in my eye, a referred me to an eye clinic. Too bad I had to go through 2 days of misery first.
Waited an hour to be discharged ended up just walking out.
Unity Point actually saved my life a few years ago. I had a stomach bleed. I was unsure of what to do. Went there and they very quickly hooked me up to EKG. They called 911 and had me in ambulance within in 10 minutes I was at Finley hospital. Amazing people work there. 😁👍👍👍
I'm used to the VA so that is the bar for me. This place was by far the worst Drs experience I have ever had. I will drive half way across Iowa to go to the VA emergency room before I ever go back there.
These guys did an awesome job today. We had to bring our baby in on vacation. They helped give him a treatment, and a dose of medicine. They were very thorough. They gave us directions around town to get the prescriptions we needed. Super appreciative that they were even open. Thanks so much!
I had a good experience and if you ever get T. Carter she is amazing she made Me feel so comfortable and took the time to see what was going on with me. Very great place! The staff was very nice too
My husband was in urgent care 2 weeks ago and I was in yesterday. Everyone was so courteous and helpful. We both had X-rays and tech was great trying not to cause us pain. First week had trouble with online scheduling and she said they would check into this. Was working after that. Thank you to staff
We’ve brought my 2 year old in 2 times over the last 6 months or so for illness. We’ve gone on weekday late afternoon/night and they are usually not very busy and can get us in/out quickly. Reception, nursing and Nicole the NP are all super nice. They listened to our symptoms, did thorough exams, explained procedures well and told us what to expect/do if it gets worse. It’s our first pick for urgent care when we are in a bind!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
