From the moment I walked in the door until I left I felt well cared for. Staff was caring and efficient. The doctor arrived within just a few minutes, checked me thoroughly, gave results and sent medication. The entire visit was less than 20 minutes in and out.

This is the best express clinic I have ever been to. The staff is simply amazing.

Every time I have come here it’s been over an hour even with making an appointment ahead of time. It’s absolutely ridiculous, you get faster care going to the ER. Everyone is sitting in the breakroom while you’re just sitting in the room. Total waste of time. In addition, my husband went there, they charged a copay and then told him they wouldn’t help him. He paid 70 bucks for absolutely nothing.

Very rude receptionist and ARNP. Felt they didn’t want to be bothered with me. ARNP made me feel very uncomfortable as she was rude and seemed annoyed more than anything else. If you don’t want to do your job health care isn’t for you!

Apparently they can only treat one problem at a time, they get paid a fair amount through Iowa total care, it's a shame they can't treat health issues you been having, I was told to pick one, last time I was there they lied to me twice, and one was about a X Ray. What a waste of medical treatment. You are better off treating yourself with Google.

Clean, well-kept facility. Wait time listed was an hour. It was actually only a matter of minutes, despite it being cold and flu season. They were efficient. I had a kind, helpful provider who was patient and respectful. Exceptional service! Only urgent care that I have ever left with admiring their service. Great clinic!
