The staff at ENT was very professional, Dr. Cappers nurse Connie went out of her way to make me comfortable. I had to have a tube in my left year and was very apprehensive. Dr. Capper made sure that there was no pain and walked me through what he was about to do. I can now hear out of my left ear and I’m able to fly. Dr. Capper had removed my thyroid earlier and did a fantastic job with very little scarring. I would recommend him for any issues with ears, nose and throat. Thank you Dr. Capper

Saw him for a procedure and turns out it wasn't even done properly. Oh and I didn't even find that out until my follow up appointment with him. Very nice and personable but I was VERY disappointed with my experience with him as far as how my procedure went.

I was referred to Dr. Capper for an outpatient surgical procedure. I had an excellent experience with him and his nurse. Both are friendly, meticulous and easy to talk with. I would not hesitate to use Dr. Capper again.

Highly recommend Dr. Capper. I have complained of fatigue for years and no doctor addressed the problem. Went to Dr. Capper for another issue and when I mentioned fatigue he actually listened. Diagnosed problem and I feel much better.

I highly recommend Dr. Dwayne Capper and his staff. He was caring, professional, friendly and informative. All of my questions and concerns were answered. From the first office visit through entire thyroidectomy and follow up visit I have had no complaints. The office staff have been friendly, courteous, and helpful. The wait times were minimal.

Dr. Capper was great! His nurse and front desk staff is rude and condescending. It's a tough thing, I would like to still see Dr. Capper, but I have to deal with the office staff to get to see him. Be wary, I need a USADA form filled out for a prescription they ordered me, and I was charged $10 because they had to read the form and fill it out. I understand fees, but when the give you a receipt that says FMLA and say that's their policy and then don't have a proper receipt.

I finally went to meet Dr. Capper after having been sick for many months. He treated me with respect and compassion and has been wonderful through the whole process of surgery, recovery and beyond. Highly reccomend! We are blessed to have someone of his caliber in Iowa City!!!

I finally went to see Dr Capper after a sinus infection had me down for 8 months. He knew i had no insurance and did nothing extra above what he needed to to figure out what i needed which was sinus surgery. He's been wonderful all the way thru. Highly recommended!
