Our emergency room visit was unpleasant, horrific and appalling. Starting with the lack of compassion from the staff to not recieving medical help while in the ER. Would not recommend this hospital.

Sit in the er for hours to be told my heart tests are a little elevated but I can go home ... throw a fit because nurse practitioner wouldn’t call my cardiologist...she calls my cardiologist and when I say I’m going to Cedar Rapids she wants me to sign a leave against medical opinion?! Wait you just said I was fine 🙄
