I know Dr Thompson from Church and from the undaunting care of my brother in law. He also saw me in the ER. I found him to be very caring, thorough and explained everything.

Went here for an emergency of a family member, and was impressed with the facility (very comfortable ER!) and the staff who cared for us. Very glad we chose the small local hospital instead of driving to a bigger city where it would have been more crowded and less comfortable.

I went in to the ER for horrible pain in my back. This doctor did no tests and assumed something completely wrong and sent me on my way. A week later come to find out I actually need surgery. All which probably could have been avoided had he actually done any tests or his job at all.

Quite literally the worst hospital you could possibly have the misfortune of visiting. To call this place a "band aid hospital" is an insult to band aids and the usefulness they actually have in medical situations. I beg you to drive the hour to Cedar Rapids if you truly need any medical attenion or advise. Im not a disgruntled customer, i just really condem this hospital for its atrocious service and i want better service for my fellow small town Americans!

My Nurse Practioner Works at Regional Medical Center in Manchester, Ia. She is ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!! And her NURSE IS A SUPER NURSE!

I had a physical done there once it consided of blood pressure test looked in my ears brefily listened to my heart it was over . I still had my shirt on so I said o what about this hearina on the side of my stomach she said O I can send u down to have it look at
