Unbelievably poor patient care. My husband made an appointment to be seen a month ago. He told them exactly why and what he wanted to be seen for. They waited until the morning of to cancel saying “they don’t have enough time.” They then said that they don’t have another appointment for another two months. This office obviously doesn’t care about their patients and just wants to waste your time. This whole situation was absolutely ridiculous. Their solution was “well you can go to the urgent care.” He doesn’t need an urgent care with the higher bills and lack of continuity of care, he just needs to be seen by a doctor who will address his concerns. Don’t be seen here if you want a doctor who cares about you.

Doctor Penrod has been my doctor for years and I wont go see anyone else. He is thorough, knowledgable and kind. He explains things well, has great bedside manner and I have been nothing but pleased with his care.

Dr. Penrod has been our primary care physician since we moved to Springville in 2006. He is a good listener and always takes his time to discover the actual nature of the problem. His colleagues at Canyon View Medical (Art City) are also great to work with. We appreciate their extra special care.
