MIchael Mclay's Online Review Report Card

Seems more interested in making money then in helping people. I need help figuring out what is wrong. He just wants to make sure I come back multiple times so they can bill me for multiple visits. Won't be back.

Dr. McLay was very knowledgeable and diagnosed my health issue right away. He was very kind and took the time to talk to me about other health and person concerns. Highly recommend his personalized care and professionalism.

I've been seeing Dr. Mclay regularly for 15+ years. I've tried other primary-care physicians and nobody is as caring and attentive as Dr. Mclay.

I’ve been to many doctors in my life and have never felt taken advantage of like Dr. McLay has made me feel. Went in for my daughters check up, asked him about my allergies, he suggested a shot I agreed and he said he’d just bill it as a covered check up. That’s the ONLY reason i went forward with it. I later received a bill for $1,500. I’ve called numerous times, they never call back or answer my calls. I even went in and he refused to talk to me, just said it is what it is. I understand health care isn’t free but a little communication/explanation would be helpful. I wouldn’t trust this doctor.

Dr. McLay is beyond amazing. He listens, gentle and he cares, how many people can say that about their Dr. I love how my whole family can see him. We used to live in the area but moved a few years ago and still drive to see him, When you find a Dr like him it's worth it. He also understands we have a high deductible insurance and gives us options, he's not in it to take all our money like you feel when you see other Drs.

One of the worst experiences with a doctor I've ever had. Instacare was a joke and Dr. Mclay didn't care to figure out what was wrong. He simply wanted to drug me and send me on my way.

Dr. McLay is great. He has been my physician since I moved to Utah in 2015 and he takes care of my mother as well. Very attentive, kind and smart.

Micheal McLay, he does it all. I love how he can take care of everyone in my family, including my aging parents. He is aware of all our family history and really takes the time to help each one of us. I'm not just another number and I feel like he takes the time for our care. He's a saught after doctor and you have to sometimes get an appointment way in advanced, but it is totally worth it.

Dr. McLay is knowledgeable, friendly, down to earth and ensures he is aware of all circumstances as a provider. I've been impressed with his demeanor, attitude and experience during my interactions with him over the years. He remembers details about me and my children and provides a standard of care others should aspire to. I drive 30 minutes to see HIM. Excellent physician!!
