I had a hysterectomy after years of endometriosis. When I went home with pain medication I was shamed into thinking that I should not ask for it. I got a call today saying they would not refill my pain meds even though I have severe pain in the front and back of my pelvic area with nausea, vomiting, and bleeding. I was told I needed to go to a back therapy appointment which I was never scheduled for.

Women beware: Good for routine yearly appointments without issues, but if you have an outlying issue or serious concern, beware of gaslighting. I went in for some sudden symptoms I started having (I am in my 40s and take womens health very seriously at this age), and I have never felt so uncomfortable and humiliated from a doctor until my last visit I had from him, and after a second opinion, I found out I had a serious issue. For this, I will not return.

Dr. Tan was very caring about my surgery and concerned afterwards. He took the time to explain what he was going to do. The day of my second follow-up, I ended up in the ER at a local hospital with a different incident. The ER nurses told him I was in their ER and if he either wanted to reschedule or come to the ER for my follow-up. He came diectly to the ER.
