Dr.Barzideh was the only doctor working I Was in the office over 4 plus hours. Office was overbooked. No temperature check at arrival. Was told upon arrival expect 2-3 hours to be there. I asked why wasn t I contacted prior to arrival especially its on my chart I suffer from anxiety and response was they do not do that. I asked if I could call ahead un the future to see if they were in time . Response was no. It s terrible to have patients in the office waiting 4hours to be treated. Then told have to perform laser surgery. I spoke to office manager and was told nothing could be done that they had to work three extra hours due to all the patients. She spoke to me like I was her student. All in office need to be educated And sympathetic to patients. This office was worse than the Smithtown office which has issues too. The only positive was the doctor once seen was apologetic for the long wait. Why isn t there more doctors available or on call for emergencies? Why is there only one bathroom for all? I had to tell them to fill the paper towel dispenser soap. Sighmd has to rethink and come up with better service for patients!! It s disgusting to have to be treated so poorly. There was a 96 year old woman there also waiting hours to be seen with no access for water or food. We deserve to be treated better.

Dr Barzideh was extremely pleasant and professional. She took her time and explained the exam and what she observed. Willingly to answer patient questions and did not rush through the exam. Would highly recommend her services.

I absolutely love Dr Barzideh. She literally saved my sight and I m completely happy with the whole process from surgery through all my follow ups. The office staff is wonderful too

Very conscientious and kind. Explained everything. She found my torn retina and said she would fix it right now! She lasered it with little discomfort and saved me a trip to the operating room in 6 months! Thank you Dr Barzideh!

It is very evident to anyone to a first time patient with any kind of retina eye issues that Dr. Barzideh is one the best specialized eye doctors that there is in the NYC/LI area. I have Diabetes II eye spots/leaking issues in both eyes, Dr. Barzideh thoroughly tested and explained corrective strategy to my wife and I. One the first day Dr. Barideh use a laser to cauterize a leak in my left eye. I was very scared to do this procedure but the doctor expertly calmed me and did the procedure.
