Booked an appointment online so I wouldn’t have to wait. Filled out the paperwork before my appointment time and was then told it was a nearly 2 hour wait time and that my appointment didn’t mean anything and I’d still have to wait the 2 hours. Ridiculous. Edited to add they charged my card for services I didn’t receive and now say there wasn’t a charge so they can’t refund me. Give me my $30 bucks back.

Apparently making an appointment doesn’t make a difference. Made an online appointment for 1:30 over an hour later we were taken back to a room. The kicker is there were patients that came in after us that were in and out before we were taken back to the room. In my opinion if making an appointment doesn’t matter it shouldn’t be an option

Do not expect to be seen at your appointment time- it means absolutely nothing. I booked an appointment online for 10am. When I showed up I had to fill out "new patient" paperwork, something I have done each of the 4/5 times I've been here. I then waited for 2 hours past my original appointment time before they moved me to a room. I waited an additional half hour in the room for the practitioner. The only reason I am not giving this a 1 star is because the practitioner and nurse both were very kind to my 3 year old, who suffered through the wait times with me. I will never come back here, as it would have been quicker to be seen if I drove to burlington ER- which is just ridiculous.

Paid a bill in full twice. Still sent to collections even after showing proof it was paid. They need to hirer competent billing processor.

I want to thank the staff awesome care. I fell and split my knee open they got me in fairly quickly and 9 stitches later. Totally happy and thankful for the care

Urgent Care staff in Mt. Pleasant were very professional and yet personable. They asked questions to determine my health history. They took consideration of my symptoms and opinions to adequately and carefully prescribe appropriate medications.

I had a great experience a couple of times I went to get COVID tested, then the last time ruined it. I had gone in because the next available appointment at the family clinic was the next week and I needed to get back to work the following day. Saw the doctor, we talked about two medications. She prescribed me one. When I called back later, she gaslit me, told me we hadn’t discussed the other medication, and told me I needed to stop coming and see my regular provider. Every other time, I had come in for a COVID test, which is what they brag about doing so much of. I’m very dissatisfied with this experience and will not be returning.
