I’m seeing Dr. Ledger for a work comp related injury. I’m waiting 5 days now for her office to send in a prescription. Repeated calls by me and my employer representative and repeated promises by her office to send prescription to pharmacy to no avail. Still waiting. Frustrated by this complete incompetence!

I went to see Sarah Ledger regarding my wrist and mental health, at the end of the visit she instructed me to call her back if I decide to see a neurologist for my brain injury if the medication she prescribed was working. It was not helping so I called her back asking for the referral. I spoke with 3 different staff members that were trying to refer me to an orthopedic specialist for my wrist. Every time I called, I asked to speak to my doctor. I was told that after she looked at her notes, she said I did not need to see a neurologist that I needed to see an orthopedic for my wrist. At this point I'm very frustrated because I'm still having issues and she has proven that she does not care and that she doesn't document properly. I decided not to see her anymore nor take my children with her since I cannot trust her with our health.
