Guy was pretty rude and arrogant honestly. He kept interrupting me, and made condescending remarks to make himself look smart; overall , he just wouldn't listen to my concerns and gave band-aid solutions to chronic problems I had. He didn't even say goodbye and just walked out of the door after denying to help me out with an issue I needed assistance on. I'm not going to tell you if the Newton Clinic is a great spot to go to for medical issues, but definitely avoid Dr. Cope as he gave me the worst experience I've ever had at a doctor's office; people reviewing the Newton Clinic seem to share my sentiment for Cope and his practices.

Dr. Cope saw me when I walked in without appointment on Saturday morning. He listened well, examined my problem and asked pertinent questions, gave me several options for treatment. I agreed with his opinion no surgery was called for. We decided that I would try physical therapy, which had helped in other problems in the past. Dr. Cope seemed thoroughly professional. He has a fine bedside manner, and I'd feel comfortable consulting him if my regular physician were not available again.

I've been seeing Dr. Cope for about 18 months; my former primary care doctor retired. I've had no negative experiences - I've been able to get in quickly and he's been helpful when I've needed to see him. I'm sorry to see so many negative reviews for him. At least in my case, he's been good and I'll continue to see him.

Rude and uncaring, talked down to me throughout my appointment like I was an idiot. Appears to not believe you when you try to explain your symptoms. I will never go back.

Dr Cope hasn't been much help with anything, like ever. His bedside manner sucks. He argues when he's wrong. He's not personable. He chose the wrong profession when it comes to caring for people.

Was having severe pain in my arms and all he did was tell me there was nothing wrong. A couple days later I was admitted to the hospital and had heart bypass surgery. he should concider a new profession. Terrible Doctor period!

Don’t go see him he doesn’t care. He doesn’t know what he’s doing and he tells you things to get you out of his office. Several other doctors have confirmed this in newton
