Quickvisit Urgent Care's Online Review Report Card

I tried to do primary care there. They had someone else's lab results in my chart. I had to call several times to get them removed. Only 1 nurse would ever even give you results.but rarely . Had 3 different strengths of blood pressure meds called in for me. With different Drs changing them. The Dr I seen for primary wasn't bad but the problem was she's only there once a week and there's no consistency. They are not equipped to do primary care in my opinion. Today I made an appointment against my better judgement for my husband who has been sick only for him to arrive and be told it would be along time to be seen. Why have appointment times if you take walk inside 1 st. So I'm not even sure there good for same day appointment. We called Newton clinic got in there. Very sad. They started out to be so promising.

The best experience I’ve ever had at an urgent care facility. Highly recommend. Had to had stitches and the ladies here were so helpful and caring.

Horrible service. I would drive to Des Moines 100 times before ever taking anyone here. Pointed out a discrepancy in their policy and they refused to listen.

I can’t even describe my visit today. I think I would give -5 starts at this point. I waited for an hour. Doctor came in said “ well you are negative for strep “ I said “ I didn’t get tested for strep” . She walks out comes back it and said so you have been coughing last 2 days. I said no. She looks at me and says “ can you tell me what your symptoms are”? I looked at her like omg where did I come. She didn’t even look at my nose, looks at my throat . Didn’t even tell me my diagnoses which I already knew what it was. This has been the worse visit I have ever had at the doctor’s office. I sure hope Newton has another walk in somewhere because i am NOT going back there again if I have to drive 40 minutes to Des Moines to be seen.

Went in there to get test results on some thing and they told me that I would get my results back either the next day or the day after when it came to that final day I called them and they still didn’t give me no answer so I decide to call them today and still got no answer and was being disrespectful to me why they could not explain to me why they lied and can’t give me my results.

Love the atmosphere, and they are very fast and friendly. The doctors are friendly and good at their jobs, and the receptionist is OUTSTANDING. Sarah especially. Wish I could give more stars.

So we filled out a bunch of release forms to get my wife's medical information to establish care at least a month ago. When I called to set up an appointment receptionist said there was no one else coming in and we could have any spots. We chose 9 am and got there at 8:45to fill out paperwork then sat there waiting while 2 other people coming in after us get called back while we sat there for 45 minutes never being called. After 45 minutes we left. Totally appalled

I wish I could give this place zero stars. There is nothing “quick” about this place. Even if you have an “appointment,” plan on waiting an hour before getting called back. Then, plan on waiting an absurd amount of time before the doctor comes in. Each time I have been here I regret not making the 30+ min drive to a different urgent care. If you are trying to decide between here and somewhere else that is a longer drive, make the drive! It will be quicker than spending an entire afternoon waiting to be seen at this joke of a place.

Worse place to go nothing quick about them. Over a hour before even getting back. When only 2 patients in waiting room. They act like they bill u for ur time and not a visit. Better going to a ER
