Excellent experience again at Althletico in Norwalk. Man,PT was excellent in identifying the specific muscles causing the issue and how to strengthen them. I didn’t have to see a physician before going and they took care of the insurance issues. Highly recommend for anyone after an injury or just wanting to strengthen muscles to get rid of chronic back pain.

I was overly pleased with my experience at Athletico. The staff is kind and pleasant with you. There wasn’t a day I went that I wasn’t greeted with a positive attitude and a warm smile. I had Karissa and Tess working with me, there aren’t words that can express how amazing they are at their jobs. They both were very knowledgeable and were able to answer any question I had. I was given an excellent visual example of what the doctors had done with the surgery I had, that made understanding it much easier to know what had been done. I can’t express enough how much I recommend this team with such a great atmosphere. Excellent job to all but especially my two Therapists I had, I wouldn’t be walking normally again without them.

Had surgery to remove a mass from my right axilla and inadvertently ended up with shoulder issues during recovery. Went to Athletico in Norwalk 2 weeks post-op barely able to move my arm. Teri (office coordinator) greets you as you walk in and is always a pleasure to talk to. Chris Dirkx worked diligently with me over the course of 3 weeks and my shoulder feels amazing. I was surprised how quick my recovery went once I started working with him, even with a few set backs. He's gentle, yet pushes you so that you make progress in good time. He explained things every step of the way so I could understand what's going on with my body as I work thru the exercises. Very professional. Atmosphere is great, very organized and clean. Would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for relief, no doubt. Thank you!

They are very caring and do the best therapy for your problem. Also give instructions for you to do for yourself at home. Best place to go.

These people are the exact problem with healthcare today. They gave us an evaluation and wanted us to come back and visit nine times. We went to Rock Valley to get a second opinion. One visit and everything was corrected and they said only come back and see us if it is better. Athletico with the misdiagnosis turned around and charged us $429 for a 45 minute visit. If you are considering going to Athletico I would talk to Rock Valley first.
