Called before an appointment to tell the office I would be late and told them how late I would be. (15 minutes) The person on the phone said I will let them know and did not inform me they would not be able to keep my appointment despite telling them how late I would be. Honestly wouldn't be a big deal except for the 1st appointment I had with them was at least 20 minutes late from its scheduled time. Rules for me but not for thee obviously. Stacy is really cool but I will be looking for new mental health provider asap.

I am suffering from ptsd Rheumatoid arthritis bipolar depression and I have very bad anxiety outside of all the things to deal with from having RA. I also understand that I have missed Two appointments with one person in this clinic whom I do not recommend by the name Stacy Murphy. She wouldn’t even take my calls when I was concerned and not did she even answer the numerous inquiries for my med refills FROM THE PHARMACY. I’m sure you can understand just by little I’ve mentioned I also suffers from extreme pain and extreme fatigue. My argument is that they don’t even give you a call for appointment reminders or anything no letter nothing and scheduled your appointment months out!! So how will I remember! Missed by an hour today I immediately called and the rep was extremely slow and rude might I add. Plus Stacy wouldn’t even handle my call. Now they are refusing me treatment and telling me I have to travel outside of Oskaloosa (my home) just for services???? No ma’am she’s horrible and I hope you don’t go see her she will not help.

My children have been with Dr. Dennis and Nurse Christy for going on 2 decades. I can't say enough good things about this team. Passionate and compassionate care that is very thorough. Love them!
